I'm a Tax Partner in our Technology and Media team in London with more than 20 years' experience providing corporation tax advice. I've worked with a wide variety of clients including large multinational and UK-based groups.

I also bring extensive transaction experience, working with corporates and private equity on all aspects of the deal lifecycle. This includes tax due diligence, structuring and contract review. I enjoy combining deep technical knowledge with practical, commercially focused advice that helps clients achieve their goals.
