Hendy Group has become one of the UK’s largest dealership networks after buying Westover Group, operating from 83 outlets with 26 franchises. The deal, sees Hendy, which has its headquarters in Chandler’s Ford, become a £1bn turnover company with 2,000 employees and operations from Exeter to Eastbourne.
