BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence, as well as tax structuring and tax valuations services to Baird Capital relating to its investment into Rapid Energy ("Rapid").
Rapid was established in 2020 and provides heating and cooling solutions to businesses in the UK on temporary hire or long-term rental contracts, serving customers across sectors including education, construction and facilities management.
The investment from Baird will allow Rapid to continue to expand its asset base and further accelerate growth.
The BDO team provided support through financial and taxation due diligence, as well as tax structuring and tax valuations services, for our investment in Rapid Energy. The BDO team demonstrated a professional, highly responsive approach. The extent of insight provided by their due diligence helped give us a clearer understanding of the operational and commercial drivers of the business’s historical and forecast performance.
