Investment in Richard James by Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation

BDO’s Midlands Transaction Services team recently provided financial and tax due diligence to US based real estate investor Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation ("Cohen") in support of its investment in Flag Clothing Limited, trading under the Richard James brand (“Richard James”). Richard James, based on Savile Row, is a high end retailer of bespoke suits, menswear and accessories. As well as retailing from its London based stores, Richard James also maintains a national and international presence through agreements with luxury department stores. The investment by Cohen will allow the brand to expand in the US and Hong Kong.
