Merger of Chaucer Group Limited with Virtrium Consulting

BDO provided financial due diligence support for Chaucer Group Limited in respect of the merger with Virtrium Consulting.

Virtrium was established in 2006 and specialises in IT strategy, architecture and transformation services across financial services, consumer and public sectors. The combined Chaucer Group will have c.£35m of revenue and more than 250 consultants across the UK, Europe and North America.

The merger with Virtrium further extends Chaucer's capability to offer a complete end-to-end digital transformation service, comprising innovation, digital strategy, technology and data and transformation delivery.
