Further demonstrating BDO’s global capabilities, the BDO Transaction Services teams in Birmingham, UK and Christchurch, New Zealand have undertaken Financial and Tax due diligence for Northbridge in connection with their acquisition of New Plymouth-based Tasman Oil Tools Limited (New Zealand) (“Tasman”). Tasman is a leading player in the hire of specialist tools for use in the oil and gas industry, particularly in the Taranaki on-shore and off-shore region on New Zealand’s north island.
