BDO acted for Huntsworth plc on their prospectus and circular issued in respect of the strategic alliance with BlueFocus, issue of new ordinary shares to BlueFocus and application for their admission to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Huntsworth is an international PR and healthcare communications business with 73 offices in 28 countries worldwide, aligned under four principal brands: Citigate, Grayling, Huntsworth Health, and Red. The alliance with BlueFocus is intended to provide opportunities for co-operation in exchange of clients, skills and people, and joint expansion into new markets, enabling Huntsworth to build up its digital and social media capabilities, and building on BlueFocus’s strength in China and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
