Founded in 2014, Apollo Home Healthcare (“Apollo”) has established a strong reputation as a trusted, high-quality operator, consistently achieving strong CQC outcomes and maintaining robust governance and training processes that distinguish it from broader in-the-home healthcare operators.
Apollo operates a differentiated hub-based model across the Midlands, North, and East of England, employing over 1,000 healthcare assistants and approximately 150 nurses, as well as delivering 250 packages of care, of which c.63% are for paediatric patients. Apollo has delivered five years of consistent growth, with robust gross margins and strong cash generation.
Sovereign Capital Partners' investment will help Apollo to deliver its next phase of growth and become a scaled national platform, through a roll-out of additional regional hubs and selective bolt-on acquisitions.
