Malvern International plc, an AIM listed global learning and skills development partner, has entered into a loan agreement with Boost & Co Ltd, to repay an existing loan and to fund the continued development of the Group.
The facility is provided in two tranches of £2,600,000 on day one and an optional second tranche of up to £4,000,000, which, subject to certain conditions, will be available to the Group to fund a permitted acquisition.
BDO provided due diligence services to Boost in respect of the transaction.
