The BDO Transaction Services team provided vendor due diligence to the Rigby Group in respect of their sale of FluidOne Limited to Livingbridge for an undisclosed sum. FluidOne is a leading data connectivity aggregator. Rigby Group (RG) plc is the parent company for a portfolio of family owned businesses operating across Europe and the Middle East.
Rigby Group initially invested in Fluidata in 2015 to drive the next phase of growth and subsequently acquired OnePoint, a voice and mobile specialist, creating FluidOne in 2016. Under the sole ownership of Rigby Group, FluidOne’s growth has been driven by an expansion of its routes to market with a strong mix of both channel and direct sales, the latter aided by a focus on the mid-to-large enterprise segment.
