Further demonstrating our cross-border deal experience and capability, the BDO Midlands TS team has recently undertaken the Financial/Tax due diligence work for Michigan-headquartered Ross group in connection with its acquisition of Lancashire based Pneumatrol Limited.
The Ross group of companies are a global leader in the manufacture of pneumatic valve and control systems. Pneumatrol designs and manufactures hazardous and safe area pneumatic solenoid valves, cylinders and control systems. The acquisition will expand Ross’s presence in the UK and through its expanded product portfolio, ensures that the enlarged group is well placed to pursue new opportunities in the Process, Rail and General Industrial Market industries.
