BDO Corporate Finance advised the shareholders of Audley Travel on Equistone's majority investment. Oxfordshire based Audley Travel is the UK's leading tailor-made travel business, offering tours to 80 countries and continues to expand its range of destinations. Founders Craig Burkinshaw and John Brewer retained a minority stake, joined by Richard Prosser as Chairman. Equistone's funding will be used to support further continued investment in Audley's products, operations and team to enable it to maintain its market leading proposition.
