The BDO M&A technology team has acted as lead adviser to the shareholders of ITC Secure Networking (“ITC”) on the sale of the business for £24 million to C5 Capital.
Established in 1995, ITC Secure Networking provides organisations with assured IT. They design and integrate secure cloud based and on premise IT Network infrastructures that enhance performance, safeguard information and simplify management.
