BDO has provided vendor financial due diligence services to Global Vehicle Group ("GVG") in connection with its sale to Palladian Investment Partners and the existing management team, on behalf of the selling shareholders, H2 Equity Partners ("H2").
GVG, which comprises specialist brands Global Vans, XLCR, LCV and Fleet Alliance, is a leading B2B vehicle leasing provider focused on van leasing and the SME market, managing more than 70,000 vehicles.
Following H2's investment alongside GVG's founders in 2022, GVG has achieved strong organic growth and successfully executed a targeted M&A strategy, reinforcing its market-leading position.
