Sale of Karmarama by Phoenix Equity Partners to Accenture

Phoenix Equity Partners has sold Karmarama, one of the UK’s largest independent agencies, to Accenture. BDO supported the deal negotiations with analysis and advice around working capital, net debt and the SPA.
