Sale of Microlease to Electro Rent Corporation

BDO provided vendor due diligence and top up due diligence in connection with the sale by Lloyds Development Capital of its interest in Microlease, the equipment services and distribution provider to the test and measurement industry in Europe, Asia and the US.
