BDO have advised on the sale of Nix Communications Group, a south coast based unified communications business to Mode Print Solutions, Connection Capital’s managed print platform.
Nix Communications Group provides unified communication solutions for customers across the United Kingdom and employs over 50 people at their south coast based offices. Mode’s purchase of Nix has allowed the exit of the majority shareholders whilst building Mode’s managed service offering.
