Sale of Oakfield Preparatory School to Alleyn's Schools Group

BDO has advised on the trade and assets sale of Oakfield Preparatory School, from Education Development Trust ("EDT"), to Alleyn's Schools Group. The M&A team acted as lead sell-side advisor to EDT.

As a result of the acquisition, Oakfield Preparatory School will rebrand to Alleyn's Oakfield from September 2025.
