BDO provided vendor due diligence services to Capital & Counties Properties Plc, an investment and development property company that specialises in central London real estate and a constituent of the FTSE-250 Index, on the sale of Venues, the Group’s exhibition business, comprising Olympia London together with certain related property assets, for £296m.
