BDO have advised on the sale of Redfern Travel to the Australian listed business Corporate Travel Management (“CTM”). Redfern specialises in online travel services to government and corporates across the UK.
The deal will help accelerate the development of Redfern’s technology, products and services, as well as providing the opportunity to leverage CTM's increased buying power and scale in core markets.
