The business operates in an attractive and growing segment of the automotive aftercare market, benefiting from increasing demand for cost-effective and environmentally efficient repair solutions.

The transaction marks a significant milestone for Revive!, providing the business with strategic and financial backing to support its next phase of growth. Mobeus will work alongside the existing management team, led by Managing Director Mark Llewellyn, to accelerate network expansion, invest in technology and enhance operational infrastructure.

The deal also facilitates the planned retirement of co-founder Terry Mullen, who has played a key role in developing Revive! into one of the UK’s leading automotive franchise businesses.
