Sale of Select Health Care (General and Specialist) to Foundation Partners and Deer Capital

BDO's Healthcare Services M&A team advised Select Health Care Limited on the sale of Select Health Care General Limited and Select Health Care Specialist Limited to Foundation Partners and Deer Capital.

The portfolio included 32 residential care homes covering residential, nursing, dementia, respite, palliative, EMI, brain injury, physical disability, mental health and learning disabilities care, making it a market-leading transaction due to the number of services and the breadth of care provision.

BDO Healthcare Services M&A provided detailed advice and project management throughout the process leading to the the successful completion.
