BDO advised the shareholders of Select Pharma Laboratories Ltd on their successful sale to Source BioScience Plc, a provider of the laboratory services and products to the healthcare and life sciences companies, for up to £7.3m.
Select Pharma Laboratories Ltd, founded in 2010, is a leading contract analytical services laboratory operating in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. They provide full service testing capabilities for conducting pharmaceutical and medical device quality control through its UK MHRA GMP certified and US FDA registered laboratories. Its client base includes top European generics distributors, innovators and emerging importers.
