Sale of Terry Lifts to Bruno Independent Living Aids LLC

BDO has provided sell-side M&A advice to the sole shareholder of Terry Lifts on its sale to Bruno Independent Living Aids LLC, a privately owned US accessibility business.

Terry Lifts design and manufacturer through-floor lifts in the UK, supplying home and public access solutions across its worldwide distributor network.

Bruno saw Terry Lifts as a strategic acquisition to add through-floor lifts to their product offering and to access the UK market in which Terry has a reputation for quality and has a number of local authority customers.
