The BDO Midlands Transaction Services team has provided Financial/Tax due diligence to Sdiptech AB in connection with their recent £19m acquisition of Auger Site Investigations Limited.
Stockholm-headquartered Sdiptech AB is a technology group with a primary focus on critical infrastructure segments. Auger Site Investigations is based in Liverpool, UK and serves the insurance industry via a proprietary digital platform, specialising in claims management for underground infrastructure (e.g. water, drainage, subsidence).
The acquisition further enhances Sdiptech’s capability within its Special Infrastructure Solutions.
