The BDO Midlands Transaction Services Team has provided financial and taxation due diligence to LDC in support of the secondary buyout of precision engineering specialist ELE Advanced Technologies (“ELE”).
Headquartered in Colne, Lancashire, ELE is a leading manufacturer of specialist components for aerospace, industrial gas turbines, and commercial diesel applications, with clients including Rolls-Royce, Safran, Siemens, GE Avio, GE Power and MAN Diesel & Turbo.
The investment will enable ELE to further strengthen its position as a strategic supplier to its customers, continuing its organic growth and supporting investment in its manufacturing capabilities through enhanced capacity to meet growing global demand.
