Shareholders have been planning for an exit since 2018. However the process was accelerated due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on the cash flow and sales.

Following a robust process a transaction was delivered to trade party, Golden Acre Foods, who will operate the business as an independent investment to expand its current product range.
