BDO supports Brunswick Property Partners with its new venture - Akoya
14 October 2020
BDO’s Real Estate team has worked with Brunswick Property Partners (BPP) on the establishment of its new company – Akoya.
Akoya is an exciting venture providing sustainable workspaces and targeting a portfolio of at least £1bn.
BDO has been working with the BPP team since 2018 and has helped the firm to navigate the financial and regulatory complexities of the real estate market, providing several services including tax, corporate finance, accounting support and structuring advice.
Andrew Crossman, BDO Partner said:
“Akoya is a great example of an ‘entrepreneurially-spirited’ business which is very much aligned to BDO’s own values. Its focus on localism and supporting communities, as well as its progressive approach to property ownership and positive collaboration with its tenant partners, chimes with current market sentiment. We very much look forward to continuing to support the BPP team and helping them deliver their vision on this and other ventures.”
