Accounting and business advisory firm BDO has advised the shareholders of longstanding client Prime Global, a global leader in medical communications and market access, on securing investment from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) to support its continuing worldwide growth trajectory.
Prime Global has experienced exceptional growth in recent years, including the recent launches of new consultancies Prime Access, IRIS, and Prime Omics, as well as the acquisition of Cambridge Medical Communication in May 2020. The company has also featured in both the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 and the top ten of the Alantra Fast Pharma 50 for three years running.
