David joins the Audit team as a partner to lead on assurance services to private education providers, while also bringing his significant experience with charities and large corporates. He will work closely with BDO’s market-leading national Centre of Excellence for not-for-profit organisations and with partners in the firm’s Gatwick and Guildford offices

David commented:

“I am really looking forward to working alongside the partners in the South East and wider BDO team to  drive forward  the firm’s private education business. BDO is known for having a strong presence in the not for profit space, so I look forward to utilising my own experience and passion for the sector to add further value to the team.”

Phil Cliftlands, Regional Managing Partner at BDO South East said:

“Appointing experienced individuals like David is crucial to our strategic growth in the South East and is further evidence of our commitment to organisations and businesses in the region. David is the second new partner appointment in the past three months, creating more depth and capacity within our regional offices. We have exciting plans to develop specialist teams across our wide range of services with the skills, attributes, and experience to help clients succeed.

“David is a valuable addition both to the South East and our Audit practice more broadly. I have no doubt that his all-round industry knowledge and expertise will offer new and existing organisations alike the high quality and robust assurance required in the current complex and changing economic environment.”
