BDO wins ‘Best Employment Tax Team’ title at Tolley’s awards

Accountancy and business advisory firm BDO is celebrating success after winning the ‘Best Employment Tax Team’ title at the 2026 Tolley’s Taxation Awards, the tax profession’s Oscars.

The award was presented to Caroline Harwood, the firm’s Head of Employment Tax at a star-studded event held at the Hilton Park Lane in London.

Caroline Harwood said:

“I often tell people that I work in the best employment tax team in the UK – but to have it officially confirmed is very gratifying. This award is a testament to the hard work, enthusiasm, brilliance and innovation shown by all our people across BDO’s nationwide Global Employer Solutions practice.”

BDO’s Global Employer Solutions team offers a wide range of services covering employment tax, employee benefits, off-payroll labour, international assignments and short-term business visitors, share plans and incentives and exit mechanisms.

It is the second successive year in which BDO has been recognised for its tax expertise. Last year, the firm picked up three awards – Best Tax Disputes Team, Best International Tax Team and Best Tax Technology Product.
