Adam Frais

I'm a member of the Leadership Team, heading up the firm's 1,000-strong tax practice and chairing the Tax Executive Board.

I first joined the firm as a trainee in 1991, working my way up to partner in 2001. Before my Leadership Team role, I led the London tax group for eight years. Prior to and during that time, I advised private equity funds on fund issues, transactions and portfolio investments. I also previously headed up our private equity tax team, the corporate and M&A tax team and was a member of the BVCA tax committee.
