I'm a Director in the Transaction Services team with over 15 years of experience across a broad range of deals, including buy-side support on acquisitions, sell-side VFDD and vendor assist, bank pre-lend reviews and reporting accountant assignments including IPOs on the LSE full list and AIM.

I aim to ensure that my part of the transaction is cost-effective and delivered efficiently while maximising value for clients. On the buy-side, that means ensuring clarity on all elements of the EV to equity bridge; on the sell-side, it means maximising deliverability and minimising disruption to management.

I work with a wide range of businesses from FTSE 100 to entrepreneurial owner-managed companies, with substantial private equity involvement. I cover a range of sectors with particular strengths in technology including betting and gaming, life sciences and real estate.
