I'm a Deal Advisory Director in Transaction Services, specialising in due diligence for IPOs and other capital markets transactions as well as corporate acquisitions.

Based in London, I have more than 18 years' experience in corporate finance, working with a diverse range of clients from small owner-managed businesses to large multinationals and public sector organisations, both in the UK and overseas. I have extensive experience across real estate, natural resources, technology and media, sports and leisure and financial services.

I joined the firm as part of the merger with PKF, where I trained, having started my career in the insurance industry at Lloyd's of London.
