Amer Hussain

I'm a Director in the Deal Advisory team, part of the Transaction Services offering in Scotland. I joined the firm in 2015 and have worked in the UK corporate finance market since 2010.

My main areas of work are corporate acquisitions and vendor due diligence, with a strong emphasis on private equity-backed businesses involved in buy-and-build strategies. I operate across a wide range of sectors and have recently worked on deals in support services, technology and manufacturing.

I'm a Chartered Accountant and member of ICAS.
