I am a Partner in Business Services and Outsourcing, based in Bristol, with more than 40 years of experience in accounting, audit, assurance and governance. You can come to me for specialist assurance services within the Property Management sector, particularly Independent Accountant's Reviews of service charge expenditure. I work with property managers and sector leaders to develop practical, tailored approaches that support their business objectives today and as they evolve.

I use our electronic management of service charges platform, eMOS, to deliver efficient, high-quality reviews and a smoother experience for the people I work with. Alongside my sector focus, I lead quality and risk management for our Consulting, Risk and Outsourcing business stream. In that role, I help ensure quality is embedded in our culture, decision-making and day-to-day work.

A typical engagement involves helping a Property Management business strengthen its service charge assurance process while maintaining efficiency and transparency for stakeholders. By combining sector knowledge, robust governance and technology-enabled delivery, I help teams meet their obligations with confidence and support long-term trust.
