Andrew Porteous

I'm a Director in our Transaction Services team in Scotland, providing financial due diligence services to corporate, banking and private equity clients. I specialise in buy-side, sell-side and refinancing due diligence engagements across a variety of sectors.

I joined from another national mid-tier firm where I spent ten years in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services roles, covering a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, management buy-outs, bank refinancing, private equity and corporate investments. I'm also a member of ICAS.

I enjoy the pace and variety of deal work, and I take a practical, commercially focused approach to every engagement.
