Andrew Souyave

I'm the national lead for Digital Transformation, supporting clients as they prepare for and implement large-scale, business-led IT changes. I tend to work with clients who recognise significant internal skills gaps when approaching major IT transformations, whether around strategy advisory, system selection, programme management or specific needs in data, security, controls and business process optimisation.

Our Digital Transformation practice has grown rapidly since I joined in 2021. We now have teams across Leeds, Manchester and Glasgow, and work closely with the global firm to tap into talent as needed.

One of my proudest achievements is the way our team has transformed a large UK health practitioner. Despite being a £650m business, they were immature around IT. We've supported their major transformation programme, delivering a new back-office and reporting setup while helping them mature as a digital business. I also work with one of the largest retailers in the region on a major SAP assurance programme.

Outside work, I climb indoors three times a week with my daughters and spend time exploring the North-East coast.
