Andy Butterworth

I'm the Chief Operating Officer, a member of the Executive Board and Chairman of our Operations Executive. My role is to make sure our operations and finance functions support the firm and our business streams in delivering on our strategy.

The experience I gained as a tax partner and as our previous Head of Tax helps me understand what we need from an operations perspective. That practitioner background helps bridge the gap between what our client-facing teams need and how our internal functions can best support them.
