I advise on share schemes, long-term incentives and management pay and equity packages. I specialise in the design and implementation of tax-efficient long-term incentives and equity and reward structures, as well as advising executives and senior management on their tax position on corporate transactions such as management buy-outs, secondary buy-outs and trade sales.

I also advise on the implementation of multi-jurisdictional international incentive schemes. My experience ranges across the full spectrum of company size, from small private companies to FTSE 100.

Before joining the firm 13 years ago, I spent four years at Ernst and Young working in expatriate taxation, PAYE and National Insurance, executive compensation and equity incentives. I'm a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
