Anna Jarrold

I lead the Professional Services Tax team in the UK, specialising in advising UK and international professional service firms and partnerships. I work closely with specialist tax advisers in the UK and around the world to deliver commercially and tax-effective structures for clients.

With more than 20 years of experience as a qualified accountant and tax adviser, I'm experienced in working with partnerships, their partners and companies. I've advised on numerous partnership issues including mixed member rules, salaried member tests, carried interest and operating overseas, as well as wider strategic matters. I'm chair of the Association of Partnership Practitioners Tax Committee.

I've written for a number of partnership tax publications and was named in the prestigious '40 Under 40 Ones to Watch' by a leading tax publication.
