I'm a banking partner with over 20 years' experience auditing banks, foreign branches and subsidiaries, building societies and listed entities including FTSE 350 firms. I also work with alternative finance, brokerage and leasing entities.

I specialise in the audit of credit and providing IFRS 9 assurance, supporting clients with their implementations. I've performed a number of complex audits subject to mandatory audit rotation and have helped clients in areas including complex implementations, controls optimisation and the adoption of new standards.

I'm the co-author of a Challenger Bank report published with the BBA (now UK Finance), reflecting my deep understanding of the evolving banking landscape. I am a member of the BDO Oversight Board which is the ultimate governance body of the firm.
