I'm a Partner in our Transaction Services team based in Leeds, specialising in financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients across Yorkshire and the North East. I joined the firm in November 2025 from EY, bringing nearly two decades of due diligence experience advising on acquisitions, disposals and refinancing engagements.

I provide clear, commercially driven insights that help clients assess value, understand risks and evaluate financial performance. I've developed deep sector expertise across technology, media, business services and industrials, advising investors and management teams on a wide range of mid-market and private equity transactions.

I work closely with management teams, investment professionals and lenders to identify value drivers and deliver practical, actionable recommendations. I also regularly support clients through competitive processes and complex carve-outs.
