I am a licensed insolvency practitioner with over 25 years' experience in a broad range of restructuring and insolvency work, which includes formal appointments, both trading and non-trading, and have a particular specialism in contentious insolvency assignments. I undertake business solvency and options reviews and contingency planning, working with secured lenders, key stakeholders and directors of financially distressed companies.

I specialise in manufacturing sector assignments and primarily operate in the East Midlands and East Anglia regions.

I have dealt with a number of high profile and complex assignments in recent years, particularly within the manufacturing, transport and logistics sectors, including Norton Motorcycles and B Taylor & Sons Transport and have led several insolvency appointments in the manufacturing sector over the past 12 months.

I have been a member of the core team undertaking the Administration of the Estate of J D Hanson (Deceased), taking primary responsibility for controlling and disposing of the extensive property and investment assets which formed a central part of the Estate. The Administration, now nearing its conclusion after ten years’ work, has been a large and complex assignment involving significant cross border recovery litigation.
