Cassie Forman-Kotsapa

I grew up in Aberdeen, where the comings and goings of offshore supply vessels were an everyday sight. That background led naturally to a career in shipping and the offshore maritime industry.

As a Partner in our Shipping and Transport group, I provide assurance and advisory services to a range of international organisations mainly in the maritime and wider transportation sector. I have extensive experience of reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards and FRS102 both in the UK and overseas. I'm a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

As lead partner for the sector, you can ask me and our team about all of our services to the sector including ESG/ CSR related matters, international tax structuring, M&A and deals support, logistics, rail, aviation and shipping. We have deep sector expertise across all areas of compliance and advisory.
