
I'm the Governance Partner, working closely with the Senior Partner and senior management to ensure effective and efficient decision-making by the Leadership Team, the Board and Partnership Council.
I initially trained as a lawyer and worked at a City law firm for nine years, then within the firm's legal team for a further 10 years. I moved to work with the Senior Partner to establish the Office of the Senior Partner and subsequently qualified as a governance professional with the Chartered Governance Institute.
That combination of legal and governance expertise gives me a distinctive perspective on the frameworks and processes that underpin good decision-making and organisational effectiveness.
