I lead our Global Value Chain offering within our UK Transfer Pricing practice. I work with organisations going through operating model change to address the resulting tax implications, which can have a material impact on a group's long-term tax profile and compliance processes.

Over the past 20 years, I've been involved in multiple types of transformation including hub structures, organisational redesigns, procurement transformation, merger integrations, buy-side and sell-side carve-outs, ERP transformations and manufacturing footprint rationalisation.

My role is to lead the tax workstream and integrate tax considerations into the target operating model design. I work within wider multi-discipline programme teams, and my ability to communicate with non-tax stakeholders is key to delivering a holistic solution.
