I am a Transaction Services Partner based in Manchester, specialising in buy-side, sell-side and refinancing due diligence and vendor assist services for private equity and corporate clients and their providers of finance. My sector expertise focuses on tech, professional and business services, travel, leisure, and healthcare.

I have specialised in transaction services for over 25 years and undertake around 25 transactions per year. Years of buy-side due diligence for private equity clients who want to prove an investment thesis means my team and I are also well positioned to work with vendors on sell-side due diligence, ensuring they provide the data a buyer will need.
