I provide support and advice to companies facing financial challenges. My focus is working with management teams to identify options that address their issues, a process which often involves the preparation or review of business/turnaround plans and financial projections.
I have significant experience in supporting businesses implement restructuring solutions and advising boards and managing stakeholders accordingly. This may require coordinating a multi-disciplinary team to deliver financial modelling, financial restructure, refinance, working capital and operational improvements or an accelerated exit/disposal of part the business.
I will take insolvency appointment in situations where a formal process is required to support a restructuring or exit process.
Typically, I work with businesses with turnovers in the range of £5m to £300m and across a broad number of sectors including manufacturing, automotive, aerospace & defence and healthcare.
