I'm a Tax Partner and part of the tax leadership team in Southampton. I provide corporation tax compliance and advisory services to large, UK and multinational, privately owned and private equity backed businesses, supporting them as they navigate an increasingly complex tax landscape.

I have experience across various sectors, with the majority of my clients in Technology and Media, Hospitality, Retail and Consumer, and Aerospace and Defence. I bring the most value when clients are growing, particularly through buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory and international expansion. I've worked on tax structuring and due diligence for deals ranging from £1m to £350m.

Since starting my career in tax in 2011, I shifted early to fast-growing privately owned and PE-backed businesses. I take a pragmatic approach, focusing on the overall needs of the business. Tax can be complicated enough, so I always work to deliver exceptional service with as little jargon as possible.
